Can you use Wii Power Saves without the disc that comes with it?

I have an SD card and a reader.I don’t have the program, though. If there is a place to download it for free, please provide a link. If there is a I could just simply put the codes on my SD card than on my Wii, that would be great. And how do you use the codes on your SD card on the Wii?
I want to use Action Replay codes and Power Saves.

Alright. You can use power saves without the disk that comes with it. But just what are you trying to do? Use cheats like an action replay or just use power saves. If you are just trying to use power saves you can find some on gamefaqs.com, just search for the game that you want a power save for and it should say “Saves”. It will be a tab on the top after you click on the game, download that save and put it on an sd card in place of your old file. Then place that sd card into your wii. And go into data options and transfer that file that is on your sd card into your wii system memory. And you should be good to go! (Please note that i am not responsible for any lost data)
