Wii Pilates
Did I eat okay today? And is my routine good too? **HELP**?
Breakfast: Dry oatmeal, natural yogurt, bananas
Lunch: Jam (brown wholemeal bread) sandwhich
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Lasange with veggies (I know its pasta and isnt that great, but I dont have pasta that much)
2L of water
Did I eat enough? Was it *fairly* healthy?
I want to lose the last 5 pounds (Im at a plataeu)
I do the dvd wii game “My fitness coach” 30 min per day weekends 1 hr per day
I would fit more in but school gets in the way. I know its not great, but its 5 pounds and I want to lose it slowly and gradually. Will pilates help? Or anything else?Thanks!
yes you ate just fine..
but honestly.. i changed my eating habits just slightly and i noticed a giant different. i cut out soda, cut out all my snacks – i found they were pointless anyway..and i only ate dinner..haha, kind of starvation-mode ish, but not too bad cuz your still eating, plus i drank alot of water and milk.
another thing you should do is the “All Special K” thing where you only eat a bowl of Special K cereal…
it makes you lose alot after a few weeks of only having that once or twice everyday….look it up?
seriously though..all those stupid diet things you see on tv REALLY DONT WORK..they are dumb..just do home remedies really n u will c results…
i expect a few thumbs down on this but oh well
